How do I upload leads?
From your dashboard, go to Leads and upload a CSV of your contacts. Make sure each contact includes a name and mobile phone number — the platform handles the rest.
How do I check SMS delivery status?
Each conversation in your dashboard shows per-message delivery status, so you can see exactly which messages were delivered, queued, or failed.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Email hello@heyagain.ai at least 7 days before your renewal date and we’ll cancel your subscription effective at the end of the current billing period.
