We collect the following types of information:

• Account information — your name, email address, and phone number when you sign up or join our waitlist.
• Business information — details about your business, such as company name, industry, and the contact lists you upload to use the service.
• Usage data — how you interact with our website and platform, including pages visited, features used, and message delivery metrics.

We use your information to:

• Provide and operate our SMS reactivation service, including sending and receiving messages on your behalf.
• Process payments and manage your subscription.
• Send transactional email about your account, billing, and service updates.

Our platform sends SMS messages to contacts that our customers have a prior business relationship with. We require this — our customers may only message contacts who have previously engaged with their business.

• Every message sent through our platform includes a STOP opt-out option. Opt-out requests are honored immediately.

• Contact lists uploaded by our customers are used solely to provide the service to that customer.

We rely on a small number of trusted service providers to operate our platform:

• Twilio — SMS message delivery
• Stripe — payment processing
• Clerk — authentication and account management
• Supabase — data storage
• Resend — transactional email

Each provider processes data only as needed to provide its service and is governed by its own privacy policy.

We retain your account and business information for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your account, we delete or anonymize your data within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain it for legal, billing, or compliance purposes.
